Everything an organizer gets, in one place

This page walks through what Rally builds for the people running the night — a link-in-bio page that sells the ticket, real audience insights, promoter payouts, and Rally's own growth network, all from the actual product.

Insights

They can see who almost came.

Anyone can count the people who bought. Rally also hands an organizer the 682 who opened the ticket panel and put their phone down — and the block on their page that held the room longest.

3,341 visits never reached the ticket panel. That's a flyer problem — the page didn't sell the night.

682 opened it and stopped. That's a price problem — and it's the one nobody else hands them.

9.3% of everything that hit the page ended in a ticket. Next Saturday starts from that number, not from a guess.

That embed is last month's recap clip, and it pulls 3.5× the FAQ. So the clip moves up the page, and the FAQ stops being the thing they rewrite every Tuesday.

Illustrative figures, in the exact shape Rally's Insights tab returns — same events, same section engagement, same 30-day window. Real numbers live behind the organizer's login, where they belong.

Promoter payouts

Every ticket has a name on it.

A promoter opens Rally and sees what they sold and what they earned on it. The organizer opens the same event and sees who moved the room. Nobody is settling up from a group chat at 3am.

Rally Growth Network

The nights that work get backed.

Once an organizer has a run of real events on Rally, they can ask us to spend on the next one. Three asks live inside their dashboard — ad support, creative, financing — and each one goes to a person who answers.

Ad support

The ad budget stops being only yours.

Rally funds and runs paid promotion against a specific event — the buy, the targeting, and the numbers that come back — instead of leaving an organizer to boost a post and hope.

Creative

The flyer arrives finished.

Design and motion work done on our side: the flyer, the promo cut, the page treatment. It lands inside the event ready to post, not as a file to chase down.

Financing

The deposit lands before the door money does.

Venue deposits and the costs that hit weeks before a single ticket sells. Reviewed case by case, on written terms, when the track record supports it.

More in the block library

The same page also answers, collects and hires.

Four more blocks from the same library. Each one is a tap to add, and live on the page when they publish.

FAQ

Answer the door question once, on the page, and stop answering it at 11pm in the DMs.

Email signup

An address goes in and “You're on the list for Nightowl Collective” comes back. The organizer keeps the address.

SMS signup

A number typed under a flyer is stored with the minute it was consented to. The same number twice is still one contact.

Get involved

A DJ taps Apply and gets asked for a mix link before it will send. The organizer's phone buzzes before she's closed the page.
